For worried parents wondering how to keep your kids occupied during isolation/lockdown, look no further. I’ve created 4 simple crafts that you can do with your kids at home…
I’ve had a bit of extra time on my hands over the past few days. Being self-employed in the creative industry, it’s safe to say I’ve had a few hard hits over the past week as the Coronavirus crisis has progressed. I need to use my time productively though, and try to be as pro-active as possible about my situation.
4 simple crafts you can do with your kids at home
I’ve seen a lot of messages and comments on various group chats and forums over the past few days from concerned parents. Quite rightly so, people are worrying about how to keep their young ones occupied at home in the instance you need to isolate/quarantine yourself. As a lover of anything crafty, I’ve come up with 4 simple and cost-effective crafts that you can easily create with your little ones at home during this tough time. Quite honestly it’s bizarre even having to type these words, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all… But this is very real for a lot of people, so I wanted to at least try and come up with some ideas that may help you over the next few weeks.
To all the parents, I hope you can all take at least one idea away from this post, and create it with your kids at home. Let’s all try and take a positive spin on this horrible situation, and make the most of the extra time we are going to spend with our loved ones…
