DIY Summer Pineapple Bunting
At last, we have some sunshine (albeit temperamental)! Now it’s time to decorate the garden and get it summer ready. I have the perfect idea to ‘wow’ your garden party guests with this DIY summer pineapple bunting tutorial.

With the country getting back in to some form of normality again and the sun finally blessing the skies, it’s safe to say that garden parties are in full flow again. I’ve already hosted a fair few garden parties since restrictions have lifted, and every time I have wanted to do it in style with summer themed decorations.
I’ve included my free, downloadable pineapple bunting template below, so all you need to do is print! To make the summer pineapple bunting, you will need:
- My free downloadable bunting template (below)
- Epson EcoTank printer
- Thick card
- Scissors
- Twine
- Mini pegs

How to make the pineapple bunting…
I have made a quick video tutorial on how to make this summer bunting, as well as a step-by-step written tutorial. Simply follow the steps below:
- Print out the pineapple bunting template on your Epson EcoTank printer.
- Carefully cut out the individual pineapple flags.
- Cut a piece of twine to the length you want your garland to be.
- Use mini pegs to secure the pineapple flags to the twine.
- Hang in the garden, and admire your work from afar!
