Want A Bargain? Here’s my Fave Spring-Flings!

I know, I know. We all love a bargain right?! Like flies to a light bulb, we swarm to the bargs! I’m sure as hell not made of money and I like to think I’m pretty sensible with my spending, so when I do treat myself I need to make sure it doesn’t break the bank. I get the upper hand working within the interiors industry as I am regularly eye-spying up new products that are featured on photoshoots… SO I thought I’d help you all, and share my favourite-bargain-finds so you don’t have to hunt as hard…

I’m going to mention my favourite brands that have particularly caught my attention over the last month, purely because I was genuinely in awe when I saw the amazing quality of their products being sold at low costs. And, you won’t have to go far to indulge… All of these companies have fantastic online shops, so you can purchase in the comfort of your own home with a glass of wine in hand! What more could you want from me?! You’re welcome!

To start off…

British Home Stores

Yeahp, that’s right… BHS is back with a bang! I can hands down, whole-heartedly say that their new lighting ranges are divine. Above you can see a mixture of my favourite finds, including the terrazzo drop ceiling pendants which are currently on my wish-list, and check out this floor lamp that I couldn’t stop swooning at on their stand at the Ideal Home Show. You can also see more of their product range in the feature image (at the top!) of this blog post…

They may not be on the high streets any more, but BHS sure is winning over the internet with their online store… See for yourself here.

Next up…

Sainsbury's Shop the Look

Sainsbury’s have come up top trumps for me, they’re definitely giving all the other large supermarket brands a good run for their money in my opinion. Their products are extremely on trend, good quality and very affordable. A little birdie told me (I can’t remember who!) that their home designer has also designed for Habitat, and you can definitely tell that in their new Riviera hand-painted collection. I’m pretty sure I haven’t just made that up…Can anyone confirm?

I would recommend making a visit to a local superstore near you to see the products in the flesh… Their website is a little hard to get around as it’s combined with their grocery sections still… But still, take a look online here!

Then we have…

H&M Home Products

Still to this day I am telling people that yes, H&M Home exists! People you are missing out!!

Part of the problem with people not knowing is because they only currently have home-dept stores in London (shocker). I am of course forever longing for one to come to Brighton but I don’t know how likely/soon that will be.. So I guess I’ll just have to keep on hoping!

H&M Home definitely ticks all of the boxes for my home vibe. Think Urban Outfitters meets Zara Home, but far far more affordable. Their stores are filled with bohemian/glam goodness and I never leave empty handed.

So if you’re an out-of-Londoner, join the club! It sucks not to have a H&M Home on your doorstep right? However, put your feet up and order online from the comfort of your sofa… You can find their website right here.

And finally…

Hema Products

Hema… Pronounced Hay-ma (Yes, I checked!).

Hema is a Dutch company who’s made their way over to UK land but, surprise surprise… Only in London! I can vouch that they have a very responsive website though, low delivery costs and darn good packaging – it actually felt a lot like Christmas when my online order arrived from them earlier this year. Hema is remarkably similar to Flying Tiger, another shop I just LOVE, however you don’t feel obliged to walk around the stores in a certain order without breaking some unknown floor-plan-rules. That’s a bonus!

Their products are unique, extremely affordable, and I can speak highly again of the quality. Even if you’re not in the mood for shopping, I’d still recommend a browse through their website just to see the fun & quirky products they supply… Anyone planning a party that needs decorating, definitely visit Hema!

You can find their online store just here.
