The End of an Era – Farewell LA Ladies

Well it’s been an emotional week this week as I said farewell to the lovely ladies of Laura Ashley in Worthing who I have worked with for nearly three years now. On Sunday we celebrated with a few bevvy’s after a hectic last day of sale (what a great weekend to end on!) and then on to a scrummy meal at China Palace where I’m pretty sure I ate enough food to last me for the

Glorious Goodwood

Just a quickie from me today as I am absolutely exhausted from this weeks exciting shenanigans, but I wanted to give you all an update of my fantastic day yesterday spent at Glorious Goodwood! Although the weather could of been warmer, and less windy… and less cloudy… overall a jolly good day spent making minimal bets on horses and enjoying lots of Pimms and Gin! Who doesn’t love getting their glad rags on and having a ‘posh’ day!

Giveaway Winner – The Twisted Crafter

bunting giveaway

Some of you may have noticed that last week I hit my 1000 likes milestone on Facebook – ooosh! What an accomplishment! To celebrate reaching the big 1000 I held a ‘Special Giveaway’ as a huge thank you to those that have supported me throughout the early stages of That’s so Gemma.

So if you haven’t yet heard my big news that I have been ranting and raving about for the past 2 weeks- spoken in my super squeaky high pitched excited voice – I will soon be starting my new job at Zara Home in Brighton! Having traveled there on and off over the past 2 weeks, to hand in all needed documents and sign my contract (eek!) I’ve taken a huge liking to my new form of transport, which it’s a pretty darn good thing as I’ll be taking this journey for one hour, twice a day!

Getting Gem-tastic with Masie’s Craft

I had the absolute delight a few weeks ago of receiving a very exciting email from the lovely Masie at Masie’s Craft, asking me if i’d be interested in getting my craft on with some of her supplies… well, what crafter could possibly resist that offer?!

I was over the moon and eager to start making and creating, so you can imagine how excited I was when I received this parcel full of spectacularly shiny self-adhesive gems, and so much of it! Like a child at Christmas, I ripped open the
