How’s it hopping? Easter is just a couple of weeks away so I want to share my DIY printable bunny garland tutorial with you. It’s the perfect craft for all the family, and will undoubtedly add a little joy to your home decor this Easter…

I’m sure we all know by now that there’s nothing I love more than decorating my home to suit the season. With only two weeks until Easter, I decided to design a printable bunny garland template so that I could decorate my mantel AND give you an easy tutorial so that you can make one too!

To print my bunny templates, I have used my new Epson EcoTank printer which I honestly couldn’t rate higher. Not only is the EcoTank printer best value for ink, but it also has a thorough configuration process upon installing the printer to ensure there’s no streaky printer lines or blotches… It makes the colour-printing quality the best that it can be!

Here’s a list of materials you will need to make the garland:

  • Printer – I recommend the Epson EcoTank
  • Bunny templates (downloadable link below)
  • White card
  • White wool for the bunny tails
  • Twine for the garland
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  • A strip of card 4cm wide
  • Hot glue or strong craft adhesive

Below is the downloadable link for the bunny templates. I have designed them in an array of colours which you can either position to make a rainbow, or mix and match them to make it look more eclectic. I’d recommend printing on to a high quality card, 160gsm or above to make your garland more durable and sturdy.

  3. Make mini pompom tails from white wool (pictured below)
  4. Attach pompoms with hot glue
  5. Use tape to attach bunnies on to the twine. I attached mine at the base of the ears!
