New Year, New Goals with my Epson EcoTank Printer

New year, new goals with my latest piece of office technology; An Epson EcoTank printer. Here’s what I love about it, and how I’m kickstarting off 2021 in super organisation mode…

I don’t know about you, but a new year always puts me straight in to organisation mode. I am a lover of a list, always writing down my daily to-do’s and documenting my admin on spreadsheets. There’s nothing better than that feeling of organisation and it definitely helps me keep on top of my weekly goals and admin. I know it’s very typical to say ‘new year, new goals’, but I can’t help enjoying that feeling of refreshment and it really motivates me to keep on top of things.

New year, new goals with my Epson EcoTank printer…

This year I decided I wanted to make a weekly planner template to help me keep on top of things. Having a weekly planner means I can write down all of my daily to-do’s, be it work related tasks or household chores, and have the satisfaction of ticking them off when I’ve completed them. There’s nothing better than that feeling of accomplishment right? Who doesn’t love a good tick list?!

Weekly planner template

To make my weekly planner template, I have used my new Epson EcoTank printer. It’s the latest piece of technology in my office, and I am actually very excited about it. An EcoTank printer is fundamentally different to most printers, as it features a large ink tank that you fill with the included bottles instead of cartridges. From the start, you have enough ink to print 14,000 pages.

The set up itself is very simple. Take it from me, I am the least tech-savvy person and I found it very simple to follow so I was pleasantly surprised. The printer has an initialisation feature when you first load it up, and it goes through a series of different printer settings to ensure the printer is working optimally. No faded lines or streaky printer lines here!

If like me you work in an industry that requires you to print a lot of documents or coloured images, then the EcoTank printer 100% saves you money and effort. The included ink is equivalent to 72 cartridges, meaning replacements are few and far between.

This 3-in-1 printer allows you to scan, copy and print, and I also love the fact that I can visibly see when the ink is running low with the clever built-in levels feature on the front of the printer.

I am genuinely very excited about printing off my weekly planner each week… It makes boring admin and household chores all that bit more enjoyable!

Here’s some other ideas on what you could print to motivate you in to organisation mode:

  • To-do list template
  • Weekly calendar for meetings/appointments
