Welcome to Stay For The Interiors, my design-led travel series dedicated to the world’s most beautiful spaces.
I have absolutely no shame in saying that I’m definitely the kind of person who chooses a hotel or restaurant entirely based on the interiors. I take hundreds of photos of interesting doorways, ogle over every tiling design, soak up all the atmospheric lighting choices, wallpaper patterns, furniture details and paint colours… the list honestly goes on and on!
Interiors are so incredibly powerful that they can make you want to redesign your entire home after a weekend away. A well-designed space can leave me feeling completely inspired, and as an interior stylist with over 10 years of industry experience, I genuinely believe the best destinations aren’t just about where you go, but the feeling a space gives you when you’re there.
Whether it’s a colourful riad in Marrakech, a beautifully designed boutique hotel, a characterful restaurant or hidden gems around the world, this is where I share the spaces that have genuinely inspired me and made my heart skip a beat.
You may well travel for the destination… but you’ll stay for the interiors.
